How do you get lily pollen out of a carpet?

wrap sticky tape around your hand sticky side up. then gently tap over it . It may take a few attempts but it will work. I always cut the stamens out as soon as they appear with a nail scissors saves future problems

Do the Shake %26amp; Vac and put the freshness back.............
Reply:Try rubbing gentley with a baby wipe, they are really good at getting rid of most things off the carpet.
Reply:Use a carpet cleaner or pretend you never realized it was there.
Reply:If you haven't rubbed it in too much, sellotape!! Simple and effective!! Otherwise it will wash out with carpet shampoo or a spot on remover...
Reply:promise to marry her
Reply:Very difficult..never have them in the house now Allergic to them. However, I diversify.

What sort of carpet is it and I take it you have tried the vacumm. If the carpet is pretty robust once you have vacummed the pollen and got most of it up, (use the nozzle a little away from the carpet). Once you have done this, dilute washing up liquid and gently rub the area of carpet effected, Rinse with clear water several times, soak up surplus water and with a dry soft cloth using a circular motion rub area until almost dry. Cover the area with a dry towel so no one walks on it for a day or two.

It ought to do the trick, but repeat a second time if necessary.
Reply:don't rub it, use sellotape sticky side to lift pollen particles
