No, the stylist, Chloe, was telling Lily she may have to cut back on snacks to fit into the clothes that she is modeling and she asked Lily if she had been drinking a lot of water and could it be that she was bloated. I hope Lily doesn't start obsessing over her weight.

Reply:The new girl wants lilly to think she's fat so she can starve herself and get sick and lose cane in the process, but speaking of is she pregnant....on the show no,not yet, but today she told cane she wants to make love to him so I think that in real life she is actually pregnant(because when she was fooling with her tummy you could see her tummy poked out some and she kinda looks pregnant in real life) and that they will have her and cane do it and then she will become pregnant so that's how they will write in her real life pregnancy
Reply:Like the other answers say, Lily isn't pregnant. Chloe is making Lily feel insecure about her weight. I think she will try and make trouble between Cane and Lily because she wants him.
