How to stop peace lily leaves from turning yellow?

Be very careful not to overwater them. Yellow leaves are a sure sign of being overwatered. Let it dry out good and it should start to perk up. You may have to remove some of the leaves. then water in moderation.

Put peace lily's in shade , water often, and last put certainly not lest plant food once a month I use miracle grow. I'm very found of this plant I have had some almost 7 yrs.. Of course that means keeping them out of winter weather.Frost will kill them.
Reply:Nessa, the yellow is natural. You see, the peace lily is a bulb-driven plant. Like all bulbs, the lily needs to conserve as much energy as possible for growth next year, so it is carefully ending its season by reabsorbing the moisture and nutrients in those nice big firm leaves and stem-like pieces. So what you are seeing is a natural die-down, not a complete death. It will return next year.

(All this is garbage if the lily has been turning all summer or never achieved greenness this year - in which case it looks like your bulb died.)
Reply:apply your urine on them it will fertilise
Reply:Don't over water
