Can you plant an Easter Lily outside and will it live or bloom again?

I live in Pennsylvania and have planted them outside. If you are in an environment like mine plant the bulbs about 10-12 inches deep and close to your house's foundation. This should protect them from a hard freeze in winter.

I hope this helps. Good Luck!!!!!

sure will
Reply:I've never tried it. We live in northern VA. My mom told me it would get too cold around here. But, my future mother-in-law has done it successfully in central NC. So, I would say it might live or bloom again! I'm tempted to try here in VA. Their blooms are so fragrant!
Reply:depends on where you live, if you live to far north like i do, they won't survive the winter
Reply:when planted out side it will come up and bloom and in few years you will have lily to sell for they get started they spread like weeds.
Reply:It depends on how far north you live wheather it will survive the winter or not. I have seen them bloom in the fall of the same year they were planted.
Reply:Yes you can. You plant the bulbs and they should bloom every year.
